 Bradford Rand is the President/CEO of Expo International, Inc, a trend oriented event production company. Shortly after graduating college, Bradford gained intensive sales experience on Wall Street, which soon led him to start his first major company, Job Expo International in 1992. This production company's goal was to bring the best corporations of the Northeast region face to face with the most qualified professionals seeking new employment opportunities. Expo quickly became the leader among the career fair production companies with the highest event attendance and largest corporate client list. In 1995, with the growing demand for experienced computer professionals, Rand developed a new division: TECHEXPO, (www.TechExpoUSA.com) a series of career showcases and cutting edge, online career center for Technical, Telecommunications, and New Media & Engineering professionals. It soon became the largest event of its kind in the region. Additionally, Rand was selected to produce exclusive, specialized events for Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, The Boeing Corp. & Northrop Grumman. With domestic security issues at an all-time high, Rand has expanded TECHEXPO to TECHEXPO Top Secret, which has had outstanding success for the last 2 years. During the last decade, Rand has produced over 300 highly publicized events that have generated over $30 million dollars to date. His newest venture Game On NY (www.GameOnNY.com) is fast becoming the leading interactive tournament & tradeshow for the video gaming industry to be held in November 2004 at NY's Madison Square Garden. Bradford graduated from the State University at Albany in 1989 with a BA in Communications. He also studied international business and entrepreneurship overseas at the University of North London in 1988. |
