Jeff Balsam is the writer of a number of feature length screenplays such as A Typical Love
Affair, Buzz, The Society, White Coats and Choose, which has been optioned and is currently
in development. Jeff and his writing partner Jeffrey Levine have collaborated on a number
of projects including the GAGSTERS! property for which Balsam wrote the feature
treatment, Megadanger.
Successful in real estate, Jeff built a number of homes on the ultra-hip East End of Long
Island. Jeff's HAMPTONS INC. time-share business is in its 11th successful year, providing
a much needed playground for some of New York's most fun loving professionals. Over the
past decade over 50 couples have met and married in Jeff's share houses and he is currently
compiling these stories as part of a feature length screenplay entitled The King Of The
Hamptons. Jeff is co-author of the illustrated book, The Relationship Handbook, slated for
publication in 2004.
JEFF BALSAM earned his JD at NYU School of Law in 1992. He worked as a summer
associate at the Beverly Hills entertainment law firm ROSENFELD, MEYER & SUSSMAN
before leaving behind the law for a career in business and entertainment.
